Who we are
Bizfloo Link is operated by Bizfloo Branding, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This policy covers the Bizfloo Link website, the public business links it hosts, and the Bizfloo Link app.
Account data
When you create a Bizfloo Link account, we store the information needed to run it — your name, email address, login credentials (handled securely by our authentication provider), plan and billing status, and account preferences.
Business information you publish
Anything you choose to add to your public link — your business name, description, services, prices, hours, gallery images, videos and custom links — is published and visible to anyone who visits your link, as controlled by your visibility settings.
Customer contact details
When a customer books an appointment, signs in to a business’s customer portal or submits a referral through a link, the details they provide (such as name, phone number, email and appointment notes) are stored and made visible only to that business — never shared with other businesses on Bizfloo Link. Customer portal sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email. Each business is responsible for how it uses its customers’ details.
Anonymous analytics
For businesses on plans with analytics enabled, we record first-party events (such as page views and link clicks) tied to the business, not to a visitor’s identity. Visits are grouped using a hash that changes every day, so we can count unique visits without building a profile of anyone. We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of processors to run Bizfloo Link: hosting and database providers (database, authentication, file storage and hosting), an email delivery service (transactional email), and Square or the app store (payments, only for businesses and customers who use those payment options). They process data only to provide their service to us. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by Bizfloo.
Emails we send
We send transactional emails — sign-in codes, booking confirmations and reminders, and account or billing notices. We don’t send marketing email without your permission.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings in the website or app; this removes your public link, business content and the customer records tied to it. You can also email info@bizfloo.com to request a copy or deletion of your data. Records we’re legally required to keep, such as payment records, may be retained for as long as the law requires.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to each business’s data is restricted to that business, and administrative access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.
Children under 13
Bizfloo Link is intended for business owners and their adult customers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and notify account owners by email of significant changes.
