Who we are
Bizfloo Link is operated by Bizfloo Branding, based in Raleigh, North Carolina (“Bizfloo,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Bizfloo Link, you agree to these terms. If you use Bizfloo Link on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept them for that business.
Using Bizfloo Link
Bizfloo Link lets you create a single public link that replaces a website and business cards for your business — services, booking, gallery, custom links and referrals. You must be at least 18 to create an account. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, including prices, hours and availability.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@bizfloo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, photos, videos and logos you upload. You give Bizfloo a limited license to host, display and format that content so your link works — including showing it on your public page, in previews and in share cards. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Bizfloo Link to publish illegal, deceptive or infringing content; impersonate another business or person; offer illegal goods or services; upload malware; scrape or overload the service; or misuse the booking and referral tools to spam or harass others.
Plans and billing
Bizfloo Link offers a free plan and paid upgrade plans. Pricing and included features for each plan are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through the payment provider shown at checkout and renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We’ll give you notice before a price change applies to your plan.
Bookings, payments and referrals
Bizfloo Link provides the booking and referral tools, but the underlying service — the appointment or the referred work — is between you and your customer. Bizfloo is not a party to that transaction and isn’t responsible for the quality, pricing, cancellation or refund of your services. You’re responsible for your own cancellation policies, customer communications and any rewards you promise through referrals.
Custom builds
If you request a custom build, the price, deposit and turnaround shown at the time of your request apply. Details of the process are on the Custom Build page.
Availability
We work to keep Bizfloo Link running, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bizfloo isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bizfloo Link is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Bizfloo Link and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account is deleted, its public link stops working and its data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Bizfloo Link evolves. We’ll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll notify account owners by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
