Plain-language terms for using Bizfloo Link. This is a starter document, not final legal language.
Using Bizfloo Link
Bizfloo Link lets you create a single public link that replaces a website and business cards for your business — services, booking, gallery, custom links and referrals. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Bizfloo Link to publish illegal content, impersonate another business or person, or misuse the booking and referral tools to spam or harass others.
Plans and billing
Bizfloo Link offers a free plan and paid upgrade plans. Pricing and included features for each plan are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout.
Bookings and referrals
Bizfloo Link provides the booking and referral tools, but the underlying service — the appointment or the referred work — is between you and your customer. Bizfloo is not a party to that transaction.
Custom builds
If you request a custom build, the price, deposit and turnaround shown at the time of your request apply. Details of the process are on the Custom Build page.
Termination
You may stop using Bizfloo Link and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Bizfloo Link evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
